Hi!
Not really sure what to make of this. I've tried to narrow down what's happening as much as I can. Getting my links from **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** which exclusively has Ubiqfile links. I've included these base links in case there's any referral stuff going on. **External links are only visible to Support Staff**Case A : **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** **External links are only visible to Support Staff**Case B : **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Both are online. A works fine. B is showing as offline. I can definitely download B through my browser. I thought I'd fixed this by toggling the 'direct downloads' option in the Ubiq settings on their site's account settings page. In the log I'm trying B with this setting on first, then with it off. I appear to have been mistaken. The obvious difference is the upload dates. Case A is from 2019 while Case B is 20230416. **External links are only visible to Support Staff**Case C : **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** **External links are only visible to Support Staff**Case D: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** I tried C from 20230205 which works and D from 20230529 which doesn't. I thought perhaps the video previews that appear when logged in with a premium account were causing the issue but there is one on Case A but not on Case C, both of which add and download correct in JD2. 22.06.23 08.24.00 <--> 22.06.23 08.40.38 jdlog://1106311370661/ I'm about to e-mail my Ubiq credentials to the same address I was supplied last time I posted with the subject line "Ubiqfile Credentials" should you wish to investigate. |

Hi,
Quote:
Both B and D are offline here. Even with referer and/or by disabling adblock and then going to it from your vip-p... website, it's still offline. Quote:
I can't see any referer protection here so maybe they've added a "2nd layer": Referer + user needs to be logged in and own a premium account(?) Are links B and D displayed as online in browser when you are not logged in into any ubiqfile.com account? Quote:
Also, in this case/so far your log is not helpful as the tests I mentioned need to be done in browser -> As said to me, they also appear to be offline and that's exactly how the JD internal browser sees that atm. Also which results do you get when checking links B and D here? ubiqfile.com/link Both of them get displayed as offline/"Not found" while A and C are online and filesize is also shown.
