[See Bugtracker] create log date format

If I create a log I see a dialogue asking me to choose the period:

"Between 4/3/14 8:14 AM and ..."

Only when I saw the third line "Between 3/31/14..." that I realised that 4/3 was April and not March.

Why does this use American style dates (MDY)?
My system is set to European (DMY). All my other programs, even Microsoft Excel, follow DMY.
Please check the system format and adjust display accordingly.
If you can't do that, make it a user preference.

Also the text says:

"When did the Problem occure?

Please correct the spelling and capitalisation. Should be:

"When did the problem occur?
