Again this is your impression but not true if you ask me.
The default refresh timeout is 30 minutes.
Whuich one would be better according to you?

Again context is missing here:
You are a poweruser who is downloading hundrets of thousands of items from various websites.
You will always cause edge cases this way.
Also you're the first user who claims that JD is triggering some kind of anto bot feature of isra.cloud.
My guess is that it is more likely triggered by adding a huge amount of isra.cloud URLs and is not related to the login.
A quick check shows that our isra.cloud login should work fine.

All other ~260 supported websites running on "xfilesharing" script which we support are using the exact same login process/check-timeout.

There is nothing particular we've changed this year...

@ES9038PRO: we need debug logs for this. Enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader
when this (captcha request during account check) happens again, then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post logID here

Depends how you did setup JD and what you are trying to do:

If you try to download these files without account and each of them e.g. gets recognized as "premium only", a large number of requests may happen (over some time).

If you have setup JD to only download isra.cloud files via premium account and a premium account is currently not available, no requests at all will happen.

@ES9038PRO: we need a log as without it we can't tell what is going on. I doubt that one account check every 30 minutes is causing any issues because that's the default for many many years. Many Links in list and waiting for available bandwidth, that indeed can easily cause this as JDownloader waits specific timeout and then retries them again. But we need a log to tell you more/check this.
