@dvmoo: please enable free account again and then wait for slow speed issue to happen again and create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post shown logID here
most likely something with account/session login fails and JDownloader temp. uses free account and continue to use account at later time

Just as a general information:
We've switched to using the official fshare.vn API again instead of the website.
This should resolve all login related fshare.vn issues.

Yes, it seems that when it was downloading, it won't stop and reconnect using the login (which sounds to be logic by the way), because if we stop the current download and restart it, then it will connect and download at high speed.

I enabled the free account again (by disabling the Usage rule in Account Manager), at first, everything was still fine, at high speed in MB/s.
Then yesterday there was such switch to low speed 40-50 KiB/s, but this time:
- in comparision with previously where while the operation on web page was normal but not in JD2, this time, for such download, both Chrome and JD2 have the same slow down, although Chrome was quicker than 50 KiB/s (but still not at the normal speed which is in MB/s) due to account logon. Back to JD2 and enable Usage Rule again, forcing it to use the account login, then the download speed for such file increased to 400-800 KiB/s, as in Chrome. So, such event was not due to JD2.
- It seems then to be file specific, as if the file was not in cache on the server, because, this does not happen to all files, if we change to some other files, they are downloaded quite fine in JD2. So here too, it does not come from JD2.

Sorry I din't note the time when it happened, will do again such test and generate a log when it would happen again.

@pspzockerscene: I saw it once too with a quick short display (was in Account Manager or Download screen) saying that it is using API. Yes, it appears excellent now, because for each download, the download starts quasi immediately within 1 second, at high speed, in contrary to previously where it could start to negociate/communicate, sometime for a few seconds before starting a download.

In summary, I think now it is stable and excellent. Many thanks to you all, excellent work!

Our current fshare.vn plugin does not support fsharevn free accounts at all so I guess you mean "Free download" and not "Free Account download".
I don't see any reason why you should download as free user (without account) while you do own an fshare.vn premium account as this is the reason you bought one ... fshare.vn and many other filehosts limit the downloadspeed for free users to make users buy premium that's a simple concept.

Different files are often placed on different filehosters so yeah, speed may vary per file.

For speed issues only, a log won't really be helpful.
If you get errormessages and/or your fshare.vn premium account gets disabled (yellow or red status), a log can be helpful for us.

Yeah I've optimized this and also removed the delay between the start of multiple downloads.
Our fshare.vn plugin code is multiple years old so it did contain some stuff that was not needed anymore...

Thanks for your feedback!

Well, I do and I did use the account login, had even set in Usage Rule not to use free account mode. But to my understanding, Jiaz asked me "please enable free account again" in previous message, so I did, but just for testing purpose, according to Jiaz's request only. I understood the idea was to test how it will switch to free account if let it enabled in Usage Rule.

Thanks for all.

@pspzockerscene
I was away for a while. About 2 weeks ago, I came back, got an error in account manager with fshare.vn plugin, it gaves an error:

com.gasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseExecption: Unexpected character ('<' (code 60=:expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null') at (Source: <html><head><title>500 Internal Server Error</title><...

Then it makes a "Temp. disabled" for 60 minutes.

Last week I came back, the same error persisted, though it was noticed and changed, but today it is still so.

Would you mind to check what has been changed? From API or server? On the web mode, it is still fine.

Thanks

Oh, I see, I try to delete the account and recreate again, thinking it could solve the issue, then get the message
... it seems like our default API credentials are not working anymore...

then pops up the info to https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...pi-credentials

Let me check

I confirm that following the link above the account is valid again. But such instruction didn't show up unless we delete the account and create again.
Sorry to disturb, please ignore the question above. Thanks

Thanks for the hint I think I was able to fix this!
Also thanks for your feedback I'm glad it's working fine again with custom API credentials.

See settings -> Advanced Settings -> Type in "fsharevn" --> You will find the same settings as in GUI here.

Thank you for your support. But I can't find fsharevn in Advanced Settings. It said nothing to configure.

Your JD installation might be outdated - update it!
You should see those two results then:
Code:
FshareVn.apiappkey
and:
Code:
FshareVn.apiuseragent
I'll be offline for today. Do not expect another answer from me before tomorrow.

@JunHo: We're not talking about firmware of Synology, but your JDownloader must be up2date, so in doubt hit the update button and restart JDownloader, then you should find https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...2&postcount=54 in Settings->Advanced Settings, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...pi-credentials

I know what you mean. I had press Find Update button for many time, it said I have latest firmware. Because my NAS has to install jdownloader through terminal follow this https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...s-installation
