Hello,
jdownloader2 filling up windows temp folder, I cannot find any forums with anything on this in this forum, I can find some same issues in Google but all ridiculous answers. What ever I download, the same size file ends up in my, C:/windows/temp folder, The files downloaded are not rar, They are direct AVI or MP4 or MKV. Running Win7, Opera, JDownloader2, NOD32, Malwarebytes Thank you ![]() |

Hi,
JD doesn't use any temp folder, this is caused by your AV (AntiVirus). Please read here: http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=13048 One user had the same problem with the same AV, it was solved in this way (Spanish post): http://board.jdownloader.org/showpos...12&postcount=3 --> To summarise, the user added to the exclusion the files: Java.exe, Javaw.exe, JDownloader.jar, JDownloader.exe. Also excluded JD in the firewall. Greetings,

All downloaded files have duplicates in the win/temp folder,
As I previously have been informed it is an anti-virus issue and to put JD exceptions into the list as stated on several forums here, Also to move JD folder from Program files to (C:), still no good for me though. Files are as = C:\Windows\Temp\htt1758.tmp C:\Windows\Temp\htt339A.tmp C:\Windows\Temp\htt691E.tmp C:\Windows\Temp\httA6CB.tmp C:\Windows\Temp\httAD9F.tmp C:\Windows\Temp\httD011.tmp C:\Windows\Temp\httE9A6.tmp NEW ISSUE = jd.http.Browser$BrowserException: 503 Service Not Available This error is caused by: org.appwork.remotecall.client.RemoteCallCommunicationException: jd.http.Browser$BrowserException: 503 Service Not Available at org.jdownloader.remotecall.RemoteClient.sendMultiForm(RemoteClient.java:89) at org.jdownloader.remotecall.RemoteClient.call(RemoteClient.java:46) at org.appwork.remotecall.client.InvocationHandlerImpl.invoke(InvocationHandlerImpl.java:118) at com.sun.proxy.$Proxy108.upload(Unknown Source) at jd.gui.swing.jdgui.menu.actions.sendlogs.LogAction.onNewPackage(LogAction.java:60) at org.appwork.utils.logging2.sendlogs.AbstractLogAction.createPackage(AbstractLogAction.java:219) at jd.gui.swing.jdgui.menu.actions.sendlogs.LogAction.createPackage(LogAction.java:49) at org.appwork.utils.logging2.sendlogs.AbstractLogAction$3.run(AbstractLogAction.java:168) at org.appwork.utils.swing.dialog.ProgressDialog$4.run(ProgressDialog.java:239) Caused by: jd.http.Browser$BrowserException: 503 Service Not Available at jd.http.Browser.loadConnection(Browser.java:1217) at org.jdownloader.remotecall.RemoteClient.sendMultiForm(RemoteClient.java:75) ... 8 more NEW Log, 06.12.13 08.37.11to04.12.13 21.46.51 jdlog://8926905774831/ |

It is outside JD. Please report to your AV provider.
