You cannot just compare 1080p, aac you have to take a look deeper into it.
1080p with what video codec? with what bitrate? aac with what bitrate? you may use mediainfo to check those details/differences?
Just took a look and the smaller version is lowest bitrate vp09 codec while jd grabs the higher bitrate mp4 codec
