I'm trying to customize menu "Change URL" which available for directhttp plugin, in fact I want to add hotkey for this menu item.
When I open Menu manager for "linkgrabber list" I just see "(link) Plugin menu entries" item instead of 3 menu items "Change URL", "Convert to..." and "Add converted variant...".
Where can I find those 3 items?

That action cannot be customized.

Please explain your user-case a bit more detailed - are you regulary changing downloadlinks of existing directhttp items?

Actually yes, quite often.
I use JD2 among others for direct link downloads, and it's often very handy to change the url, e.g. cdn1.host to cdn2.host, to increase download speed.
