Default Plugin development best practices when a site closes?

I've seen hosters that have gone out of service be added to the Offline.java file, but in my case the site **External links are only visible to Support Staff**www.masterani.me has closed its doors permanently.

Do I have to do anything beyond deleting the decrypter that's now dead weight or is that it?

Just delete the decrypter and leave a note in commit message
