Whenever I open JD2, Chrome goes crazy and keeps opening up tabs or pop-up windows every 5 secs. or so (for a sec. or two, and then they pop away).

I had a hell of a time composing this message because pop up windows kept interfering.

Here's the address of that pop-up screen:

I literally can't use JD2 and have Chrome open at once. How do fix this?

this isn't a bug, its designed in manner to improve captcha quality, read more about it here.
you shouldn't get hundreds one after another. should be one from that provider and if you skip or have browser incompatibility it should apply 'skip mode' so to not keep trying to prevent wasteful actions

I rarely use JD2 for any file hoster that uses captcha . Only use JD2 for YouTube. In JD2, how do disable all captcha prompts?

This will not fix your problem.
If you use JD only for youtube downloads, why do you get nitroflare captcha prompts then?
