[Solved] How to block safelinking/cancel linkgrabber

I'm on the JD2 beta.

Every so often I copy a whole page of comment links and one of these safelinking redirects sneaks in and pops up a captcha which can neither be solved nor cancelled. And worse, it's next to impossible to kill linkgrabber because the little cross button is disabled, obscured by other popups and just plain fails to respond.

So my request is twofold:

1. Can we make it easier to cancel Linkgrabber when we get caught in a captcha loop?

2. How can we filter these munged links so they don't get grabbed in the first place? None of the filters I've tried seem to work.

it doesn't go into a infinate loop, I answered like 40 or so captchas and they processed to find links. I then clicked the option to cancel and cancelled 'all pending captchas' which stopped any more captchas from showing from existing queues. I also re-tested with same option just for safelinking (option from the drop down menu) and it also prevented captchas from showing. If you want to disable the safe linking plugin you can make a linkgrabber filter rule.

Honestly, I don't know how you did that. Could you please explain the steps?

What I see is a captcha dialog. I have to click cancel about 40 times to get any response whatsovever. There is no way to access JD while that captch box has focus. Also, I tried baking a few different linkgrabber filters but they didn't seen to do anything. Could you please explain what term you'd use for this example?
