Question On JD

Is it possible to have a setting for each host to have its own speed?
And Max Connections?
And Max DLs?

It will be possible in future versions of JD.
If you always want to be up to date you can the the JD2PRE-BETA

jd2 you can do chunks with package customiser.

the other two questions are still only supported globally (max sim dl per hoster && speed
and not at the file <> user level.
