There are many network issues
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out , all while downloading from mega.
This either comes from local firewall/av (very likely) or from mega servers (firewall, limits kicking in). You should reduce max connections to a *healthy* value (1-4).
Yes, from Log I can tell that you've reached the traffic limit for your IP and not for account. Log shows that you've reached the limit from account, then JDownloader switches to next download and then mega throws error message that happens when you 've reached bandwidth limit.

You can try to do a reconnect (get a new IP). Maybe then those other accounts will continue to work
