Fixed.

JD does in general prefer filenames from original hosts.
However this depends on whether or not the host plugin knows a "final filename" in beforehand.
In many cases the final filename is not known until the download is started so using the filenames given by the multihoster can make sense.
In the case of ddownload.com, only an "unsafe filename" is set in beforehand.

Here is a workaround (Packagizer rule) you can use until the next update.
(This only applies for items added after creating that rule!)
