I turned off the ESET SMART SECURITY
I can easily access the folder, modify, edit and open each file in the folder, but JD2 some files can not be saved in the same folder.
I have no idea, checked the file permissions and are identical with those that properly save.

Okay, it does not matter, maybe change Java 8 U71 another old version because from what I know it may be a bug in the compilation of the application or Java itself (from what I read on the forums)

I not so long ago changed version u65 to u71, and this may cause problems

Java version is not cause of this issue. Firewall/AV are causing this problem!
Disabling ESET is not enough, you need to remove and reboot computer to fully test it

but if reset the links, do not re-occur error "invalid download directory"
Only that resetting erases files and need to download again
"Invalid Download Directory" is of course incorrect error message.
The correct error should be "Unhandled Exception"
pspzockerscene said that the solution will be a new version of the "Download System 2.0"
Now, what is the version?

It is not unhandled exception. It is invalid directory, because JDownloader is not able to open the part file because of missing permissions/firewall/av....This is no JDownloader issue.

The topic is solved. Nothing to do with JDownloader

Please provide complete logfiles! Your log does NOT HELP/SHOW PROBLEM!

Downoad Invalid != PluginError!

ONLY PROVIDE LOGS FOR PLUGIN ERRORS! Download Invalid are no Errors!
