[Other] How to use JDownloader reconnect even if your ISP blocks it

I've found a good post which explains how to use JDownloader's reconnect feature, not matter if your ISP allows you to change it or not due to static/fixed IP address or if you're unable to access your modem/router. This method is not free (but in my opinion it's quite cheap too) as it requires usage of VPN service.
