Limit-czasu-i-utraty-po³aczenia

witam wszystkich, jestem tu nowy;) caly dzien probuje cos sciacnac ( po 200mb) ale nie moge , gdy sprawdzam w ustawieniach (internet-siec) mam tam znak drogowy - zakaz wjazdu-
co z tym zrobic ?
nie chce nic pobierac
