According to your log, this is the precise error response from RG:

Are you maybe using a proxy/VPN which is blocked by rapidgator? Can you download the same link without problems manually via browser?

I tried different countries with one VPN-Provider.
I tried it with Jdownloader and manual via browser. Cant download anything.
