Mega Host Problem when multiple files
This is an old problem that has cropped back up.
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** No files found so it does not add. Than try to do share link to get a single link again no files found to be added. This problem happened a while back but it is back again now. |

Working perfectly fine. Cannot reproduce any issues.
Please provide a debug log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...d-session-logs Enable Debug Mode, restart JDownloader, reproduce the issue and create log and post shown logID here

Hello. I deleted all old logs and created a single clean one.
07.11.24 08.59.39 <--> 07.11.24 09.00.51 jdlog://4756411370661/ 1. Clicked on share link around 4-6 times did not capture by JDownloader 2. Clicked add URL and tried to paste manually still failed. The share link was for the windows release. **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Than I tried by the entire download folder URL **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** It does not capture any of these at all even when using Add New Links. @molitar: You have to enable Debug, create log and send us the logID or post it here. We cannot access log without you telling us the id
Both working perfectly fine here and no changes from our side, so must be something about your system/setup

Do you have an idea why this would break again? This has happened now on more than one occasion now. No chkdsk errors and no dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth errors but JDownloader appears to corrupt.

Most commonly this can happen if a firewall/AV application interferes with the JDownloader update process.

Well I did this manually what a pain in the rear. When I saw all the junk in the backup I am like I don't see any reason for the majority of them files. Still missing a setting though how to disable the popup parse download link window now?
Thanks and hopefully starting over with just a few of the configuration information will help prevent corruption. |

I can only speak for myself: I got a 10+ year old JD installation here that went through 3 Windows upgrades and is still working fine.
That doesn't imply that you did anything wrong though. If you frequently run into the issue of a broken install, contact us via support@jdownloader.org and we will try to find out why that keeps happening for you. Please post a screenshot of the window you mean.

Settings -> Bubble Notify -> Customize this to your needs or set it to "Show bubbles if..." -> Never.
