10 dd ago JD informed me about an ongoing update about the capcha system. I accepted all and ... since that day I have never been able to to download anything involving captcha solving because:
1) a message pops up from JD with the two options "open browser window automatically" and "check the box automatically".
2) firefox opens a tab where I have to check the box "I am not a robot". Therefore the previous checking is not effective
3) I solve the "quiz", press ok and ...
4) ... nothing happens. After some seconds, it starts again at point 1)

JDownloader installed phantomjs
and it seems there is a cpu arch missmatch
/Applications/JDownloader.app/Contents/java/app/tools/mac/phantomjs/phantomjs
IOException: error=86, Bad CPU type in executable
What computer do you have? I wonder about Intel,32 Bit?

I suggest you search a working phantomjs and install it to given path

I've added some errorhandling but all in all their downloadservers seem to be down so the final downloadlink just times out.

first of all thanks for your reply and sorry for being late (haven't received the notification).

Yes, you are right. I am an old fashioned user, meaning that I am stuck with an old 32 bit Mac (mini mac, 2006). Tonite I'll try to do implement your suggestion (and test quite a bunch of other links from the same host).
Indeed it seems that only some captcha (meaning only those prompted by some hosts) create the never ending looping request.

... but that has nothing todo with the topic (neodrive.co).
However, if that happpens, a log would be good.

As said, naodrive might SEEM like a loop but really it is just their downloadservers which are offline --> JD waits and tries again
This is no bug but desired behaviors so that JDownloader does never give up the download-queue process on such server issues.
