Do you mean the status *unknown* or do those links also fail to download?

Hitfile will show status with next update
Salefiles doesn't show status without initiating a download and that's why status unknown is shown.

and how can I initiate a download in the program? if the plugin itself does not work for the file hosting service Salefiles, you are wrong in this moment

I'm sorry but I don't understand? File status has nothing to do with being supported or not. Unknown means the plugin cannot check file status because the hoster doesn't provide filename/size without clicking *free download* button. Just add the link to download list and start it?!

when adding links(on all links and not on one particular) to the program, the program itself shows the status unknown and so on all the links which belong to this file sharing

Yes, because the status cannot be checked without actual downloading. Just move those links to download list and start like normal. unknown status doesn't stop them from being downloaded

this file sharing service does not open in my browser without a proxy

so I put it into the connection manager under proxy control in the white and black list according to the program settings

Yes, but the proxy/squid returns the error above. so either the squid blocks access to the final download OR the service blocks the proxy

When you receive the URL **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**, the following error occurred:

So it's the same error as in JDownloader. So try again without proxy/vpn in JDownloader?

Without VPN your IPS blocks the access. So it looks like without VPN you cannot visit the site and with VPN the final download is blocked. Maybe you should try a different VPN/proxy?

then you got to find a vpn that doesn't just work in browser but also redirects system traffic

I have unlimited vpn from the browser opera
I came to the conclusion me to change the proxy in the program and if this does not help me then this error is related to the program itself

VPN in browser is just for the browser and all other applications like JDownloader don't make use of the VPN. The used proxy is blocked for final download as you can see yourself, see https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...8&postcount=21
that's the exact same error as in JDownloader.

You will either have to find/use a VPN that also redirects outside browser or a proxy that works and is not blocked. There is no issue with JDownloader here as it is the proxy that is blocked
