Hi,
First amazing work on this piece of software. Link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Steps 1. Copy link 2. in JDL > right-click on link works: 3. properties > Show download url 4. Shows the url above doesn't work 3. other > create DLC 4. save dlc 5. open dlc in JDL 6. properties > Show download url 7. doesn't show URL shows the local file path. Is there a way to get the actual URL from the DLC in JDL? Previously it was able to do so. |

@snuffleupagus: Please know that DLC is no backup container but only meant for sharing links. There are no guarantees about meta data preservation! As explained in the article, DLC does prevent JDownloader from revealing the actual download url

I also have this problem. I read the knowledge base article.
I checked "Advanced Setting: GeneralSettings: copysinglerealurl" . I also moved data to the top of "Download link address display". In the download tab, I opened a package by clicking + . It contains a single file. I right-clicked and selected Properties / Show download URLs. Unfortunately, it still only shows the DLC file, starting with file:/ . "Open in browser" also does not work. What am I missing ?

@rabidman: you have to use normal Copy (CTRL+C) action. "Download link address display" will not show it. "copysinglerealurl" is only for copy action.
