Is there any way to make jd2 lighter for old pc's but don't loose the download max speed of the links?

@Agnostos: question is: do you have speed issues due to older pc or not If speed is limited due to hardware limitations, eg no AES hardware acceleration, then you won't get good speeds at all.
You can disable/hide unwanted/unneeded columns in download and linkgrabber list. Hide the window if not required (eg to taskbar or trayicon). That's about it, what you can do to have JDownloader use less CPU.
