Lightbulb JDownloader 2 - Alias icon

Hello to all!

I am using JDownloader 2 with macOS version 12.7.3 Monterey.

I would like to ask, when I open the applications folder on Mac, I see the JDownloader app icon but it is an alias. How can I fix that? I did reinstall but the problem has not been fixed.

I will attach a screenshot for you to see what I mean.

Thanks in advance.

@sasha: JDownloader doesn't use .app Bundle format, as its self contained design changes files within it's folder structure, eg configuration/download lists and updates are also adding/removing/changing files. That does not work in combination with .app files that have to be signed in whole and each change will break file signature. The app is just a launcher that will start JDownloader from normal directory so everything works as expected/like on any other supported OS. Going the .app Bundle way would require major changes in JDownloader and the whole update process(also would not go support dynamic/in background plugin updates without restart) only for this OS and that's not worth the time and effort required.
