Default Wait time between Reconnects?

"If last reconnect was < xx seconds ago then wait xx seconds to do a new reconnect, otherwise (if time is larger) reconnect immediately"

Is something possible with a script?

example:

reconnect
download 10 seconds
reconnect delayed for xx seconds

But if:

reconnect
download 90 seconds
reconnect immediately

the reason for this is, that it doesnt make many reconnects in a small time.

You should be able to do this without script via advanced settings (Settings -> Advanced Settings)
Here are some things you could do:
1. Wait more time for IP change:
Code:
Reconnect.secondstowaitforipchange
2. Do reconnect retries:
Code:
Reconnect.maxreconnectretrynum
If that doesn't help, you can still work on custom scripts if needed.
