JDshutdown cant disable
I'm current running the latest version of JD which upgraded from version 0.8 at the download page (the mac download section still 0.8234 though 0.9421 are available). The Mac version JD automatic shutdown the system after finnish all progress, but the JD shutdown extension are disabled. The only way to prevent this are delete the extension from the package.

please update to the latest version! hit update button and / or start jdupdate.jar (open dmg with rightclick show content)
jd will only shutdown pc when this addon is enabled
