Default how to refresh local copy of web page

I would like to have a local copy of the images in a web page (a deviantart.com gallery).

I have managed to download the images one time using JDownloader2 on Linux.

Now I would like to "refresh" my local copy from time to time.
What is the best way to do a quick refresh that does not redo unnecessary link checking or downloading of the images I already have?

there is no easy way within JDownloader
solutions can be:
- rss feeds if they exist on that service
- create yourself event scripter to add url on timer.
