I can't find the "change url" option anymore in the context menu after jdownloader update which allows to download the file from different mirror.

Nothing has changed in JDownloader and this option was only available to very few plugins like direct(generic) http, ftp and I think only one multihoster supported this feature.
What host/plugin are you talking about?

I was trying to change the url from vidbom.com to streamango.com because it was slow
I thought it was possible for resumable links, didn't notice it's only for direct links.

Yes, URL chance only works for very few plugin. It's not possible to change URL when the host/plugin changes (vidbom is different to streammango)
