[Solved] XNXX.com - cannot download one file

Hello.
Another issue - one file can't be downloaded.
JD tries about 5 times the file to be downloaded, but finally it was not downloaded and it says: "Temporary unavailable" (on JD dwnload list).
Not using vpn. FFMPEG has access to update information if needed.

One more thing, weird. If I click on "make a log file" in the upper menu, a small popup appears with a "progress bar", but with this popup a window appears to select a proper date to make a log file from.

But... If I click to make a log file, by selecting a proper date, a second popup appears in a while and it disappears after finishing, giving me a LOG link to send.

My question is, is this a normal functioning of a double popups ?
Some time ago I saw only one popup and the "select date" window. No other popups appeared.

Rename the file to have a shorter name, then download should work fine. Issue is caused by ffmpeg/filesystem to fail with the long filename

Yes, that is normal. There are two steps involved. First, collecting/preparing the logs. Second, uploading the log
