Default [EventScripter] Listening on url and downloading only filtered files

Hi !
First of all, a lot of thanx for this wonderful software...

I am using Jdownloader headless with no problem on a Linux Server but now i'm trying to automate some daily task and looking for a help solution.
I need to check a specific Url regularly and download only some files with specific name (or part of it with wildcard *) when they are uploaded.
I don't know how to do it, with Linkgrabber filter or with Watch Folder Extension?!

I have an idea to use folderWatch and .crawljob file with a script that put my crawljob's file from "added" folder back in folderWatch. Like a loop...
Is it a possible workflow?? I know that it works but just downloads all files
Is it possible to set a filter list in a crawljob file??

I am completely wrong?

Ciao

Yes your crawljob idea would work but the more complicated your task is, the higher are chances that an EventScripter script would be better.

I could also imagine a LinkCrawler Rule paired with something that adds your main URL every X time.

Without example URLs of your target website I'm unable to tell you whether or not this could work.

EDIT

Thought about it again - an EventScripter script would probably be the best for what you're trying todo ...

Hallo pspzockerscene,

thank you for your answer. I think you are right, with a EventScripter script will be easier. The problem is that i have no experience in script setup

The link i´m trying to automate it this one: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Could you point me in the right direction to learn how to write a working script?

@dinA4
I want to point out one thing:
The URL you want to automatically re-add every X time requires you to solve a captcha in order to find the URLs behind.
Unless you're always available on your phone/PC to solve that you will additionally need to use a captcha solver such as 9kw.eu.

Regarding EventScripter script:
Yes you've already found the correct thread - you can ask for help for creating a script in there.
