Hello,

I'm still having trouble with two issues previously reported despite installing the latest update from today.

1. When using LinkGrabber to select a package, everything but the audio file appears in red (offline) even though they are online. The solution to this in an earlier post was to add the YT account to JD2 using cookies. I did this (using FlagCookies extension on Chrome) and it didn't work but it is possible I'm doing it wrong.

Do I add:
* GoogleUsername OR
* GoogleUsername@gmail.com OR
* YouTube user name?
Example: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

2. Packages that are grabbed by LinkGrabber but no video or audio files appear (only the jpg and txt)

Example 1: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
Example 2: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

I've tried to grab some links from youtube but it only grabs the txt and jpg but not the audio files anymore.

So i thought i'd report a bug, not sure how to 'log stuff' but the bug itself is rather simple and i guess can be traced from the issue itself? lol, at least it makes sense to me i guess:

Basically, it's the first time this ever happened to me but recently 1 specific youtube video link, which now turned to 2 simply "won't grab" into jdownloader. meaning the 'Copy link location' that i usually right click to get the clipboard observer to grab it somehow doesn't grab it, neither does manually via 'Add new links' , and i never before had this sorta issue with any youtube video.. so i figured i can just paste the 2 specific youtube links here and you can see for yourself what i mean:

and

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

p.s. - Upon just looking into the 'Create a log' it seems to be simple enough... so i tried it too. basically just restarted jdownloader and tried to first grab those 2 links via the clipboard observer and then manually, and then created the log:

Hi shinji2009.Thanks for the info ..I dont know but can i go into ffmpeg to stop this..JD is ignoring my requests not to download mkv files .

I notice if I redownload the same video again it will get converted to mp4..

Dont know why JD is behaving when it does this.

Thanks a million pspzockerscene for the update as you and the JD dev team got the bugs out if this last issue..All the problem YT links are working now as I just updated JD NOW...

i am habing issue adding some you tube links and some work and i knoiw they are not privaite ones

here are just a few of them that play in you tube but wont downlaod or add

Did you add your YT account to JD before trying to add those?
Is your youtube account age confirmed/allowed to watch adult content?

yes i did all that did the cookie thing it says it is preium
but it just says invaid login even know it did what the intructions

I've tested it and it's working just fine here with all of your 3 examples.
Please make sure that you're exporting your youtube.com cookies (not google.com!).
As long as you are unable to add your YT account to JD you will not be able to add these URLs!
If your issue is adding the account, please first enable debug mode (see instructions linked above) and post a log here!

i did it from youtube usinfg them intructions and i get this erro after it says it preuim

What do you mean?
The login fails for you?
In this case, please post a debug log (enable debug mode first, see log instructions)!

never mind it would not work on firefox for some werid reason i did it in goggle crome and it worked


the only thing i cna think of i had a lot of tabs open not just youtube and used a brosweer that had no tabs open and ti worked

I've tried about 15 different videos from various channels, and nothing is linking. Can't download any videos at all. Anyone else having issues?

edit: they seem to be working now. Downloading a video as I type this. Hiccup on YT's end? Not sure, but it's working now.
