Arrow Move bottom bar in "Downloads" tab to top?

Greetings, would it be possible to implement a GUI option to move the bottom bar in the the "Downloads" tab to the top, similar to the ability to move the bottom bar in the "LinkGrabber" tab to the top?

Similar to the request in this thread: https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=60375

Thanks

This would be great, I was just about to post the same question. It'd not only be in sync with LinkGrabber's capability of moving the bar to the top, but it'd also provide a more easily accessible filter box in proximity to the other buttons/functions of the toolbar, along with being a more common place where filter boxes typically go.

Any update on whether this might be implemented?
