Default A really minor issue: Remove leading zero when only minutes left

Hi all,
This is a really minor issue but it often annoys me because it's not consistent with the rest of the time display.

When single minutes are left, jD2 always displays a leading zero. For example, if there's 5min, 30 sec left, jD2 will display it as 05m:30s instead of 5m:30s. Rest of the time display doesn't use a leading zero. For example:

I find it hard to read when there's a leading zero. Anyway, this is a really minor issue but I hope it gets fixed at some point

Thanks guys!
