Ayarları tam olarak (doğru) yapılmamış hemen hemen virüs programları'nın tamamı Java'yı (JDownloader'ı) zaman zaman çökertebiliyor.

Eğer virüs programınızı doğru biçimde ayarladığınız halde (java ve javaw dosyalarına izin verdiğiniz) halde JDownloader kullanırken çökme yaşıyorsanız JDownloader'ı "JDownloaderD3D.exe" ile çalıştırınız.

JDownloaderD3D.exe JDownloader dizininizin içerisinde bulunmaktadır.

Eğer JDownloader dizini içerisinde JDownloaderD3D.exe yok ise buradan dosyayı indirip JDownloader dizininize aktarın ve JDownloader'ı hep bu dosya ile çalıştırın.
