Ich möchte eine ganze Playlists von youtube runterladen, aber jdownloader sammelt nur ein Video.

Beispiele (eine Playlist, Video1 und 2):

Jdownloader fragt auch, ob einzelnes Video oder ganze Playlist. Das Resultat ist aber immer nur das aktuelle Video.

Bei manchen anderen Playlists hat es aber geklappt, keine Ahnung warum.

@natasda: Das ist keine *normale* Playlist sondern eine Mixlist und diese sind derzeit noch nicht unterstützt. Da es aber von der URL her keinen Unterschied gibt, wird diese aktuell fälschlicherweiße als Playlist erkannt.

Hi, for about a week now I can't download any YT videos. Never had an issue but now it will stay as Starting for a long time and then say File Not Found. Any ideas?

YT vids work, but not all. Shorts dont work! The link cannot be grabbed and even a deep analysis does not help. Processing the playlist of the yt-channel will collect the links though and download works, but only then.

I've found all vids that have "shorts" in the url don't work!

Not shorts, just regular videos. I haven't tried many but the ones I tried all didn't work. I tried using the playlist where the video I want was, and downloading it that way, but same thing. I also noticed the file size changes, as if JD doesn't know how big the file is.

cannot confirm a problem with regular yt vids. all none-"shorts" videos I've tried so far, worked. I just clicked on some of the yt-start page and no problem downloading, calculating size etc.. but maybe for some it's the case.

I don't use anything specific other than the standard Windows Firewall. What can I check? Do I need to update Java? Have been able to download YT videos with no problem before and nothing's changed.

@the-groundhog: no need to update java nor to reinstall JDownloader as this issue is caused by system/setup/firewall/av.
Have you tried to get a fresh IP/reconnect? are you using VPN/Proxy?

Hi Jiaz, thanks for the update on the matter.

Meanwhile I've found a workaround. If you click on the (short-) video itself and use youtubes own dialogue to copy the url it gets recognised by jdownloader and can be grabbed and downloaded as usual!

hey, so I dont think the vids are making the difference rather than the URL the vids are called from. as soon as there is a /shorts/ in the URL jd2 is not able to handle it.

accounts that NOT only have short videos on their channel- like this one

will appear with list of categories of their videos on their "home" page. if you scroll down on the link you see the shorts. if you click a short, it opens with the /shorts/ - URL and cannot be grabbed /downloaded. if you click "play all" on the shorts category the short-vids appear in a playlist and can be grabbed like in every other playlist. also youtubes own dialogue that appears when clicking on the video while playing (or paused) directly will get the link grabbed.
