Looks like dropbox now doesn't except the cookies if the provided User-Agent header value differs from the one used in the source-browser.
I've added a plugin setting for dropbox.com where you can put in a custom User-Agent value.
You can use your browsers' developer tools or a webtool of your choice to find your current User-Agent value.

@izofox: you did set custom user-agent in wrong plugin you did set a different plugin, didn't look at the name of the entry
Set it in Settings->Plugins->dropbox.com, User-Agent

Yes, sorry, my mistake. I thought that there are one common user-agent for the whole app and in this case haven't paid attention.
