Do not connect more than 1 chunck with Real-debrid Premium account
Hello, I hope you can help me. I recently purchased 1 real-debrid account to download from the MEGA host (due to the limitations of this host). When I want to download MEGA with my account added to Jdownloader, the file only connects to 1 chunck (I have it set to 8 chuncks).
I contacted Real-debrid support and they say the following: "JDownloader is not using RealDebrid on Mega, even if you have an account with us because their software can not handle it properly." "- Ask them to fix the issues on Mega (multithreading and so on) or - Ask them to really use your RealDebrid account " I do not understand very well what Real-debrid support tells me, but as it indicates there is a problem with multithreading with the real-debrid account with the MEGA host. I hope you help me and explain what the problem is, because I have several GBs to download from MEGA. Greetings and thanks.

Uploaded downloads in Jdownloader with Real-debrid work with 8 chuncks without problems. The problem is with MEGA and some hosts as Depfile.

resume and chunking is controlled by rd, they specify the response.
in respects to mega, check the other thread. sorry had the wrong url in clipboard. updated the other post.

Ok, thanks, I already read the causes of the problem. If I have an account of the official site of MEGA, I will be able to download a file with several chuncks, and not only 1?.

yes, source code shows it can use up to 10 chunks.
same chunking ability with or without an account. raztoki
