First of all, I know JD supports trailers downloading from apple.com and I use it all the time but my request is to have a proper Plugin with "settings" like Youtube, Dailymotion etc.. to set a default download resolution (naturally highest) instead of filling up the screen with 3 or 4 different options for same one file.

Next, we have to delete a LOT of those lower resolution links to grab the 1080p download. With either a Plugin to set some options or making JD filter only the highest resolution link by default will be great.

If I see this right they have a lot of different formats and not always all of them are available.
I suggest you to simply make some linkgrabber filters to filter out the things you don't want ...
