Please try to uncheck Settings-Advanced Settings-GeneralSettings.preferbouncycastlefortls
and restart JDownloader.
Log shows that there are network errors during connecting to https

I would suggest to set max connections to lower value and then check if it's more stable.
Thanks for the feedback.

Where is Settings-GeneralSettings.preferbouncycastlefortls? I went into Settings General and I can’t find anything like that

Settings -> Advanced Settings -> GeneralSettings.preferbouncycastlefortls
You can find Advanced Settings when you scroll down the list on the left, it's a smaller entry in list.

04.08.19 21.49.11 <--> 31.07.19 22.56.37 jdlog://0097186935451/ <-- I think that's my log. My problem is 70% of the time I try to download something it goes into downloading mode (but it's still not downloading anything) and then it stops after a few seconds.

According to log, those downloads stop because of
SkipReasonException: DISK_FULL
You can also see this in task column
