I was wondering how to address the fact that when I add links to jdownloader using chrome and it's associated addon they don't autostart though they are clearly checked to do so.

Any ideas, I've been dwelling it for hours now and can't find another setting. If I do the same thing but use firefox everything starts right up...go figure

If you create a ticket in our support system and you're willing to do a TeamViewer session, I'll check what's wrong.

In the meantime you can create a Packagizer Rule (Settings -> Packagizer): LinkSource is Any Extension, then Auto Start Download.
