Default Right Click Menu option "Set download as Finished"....

So, as we all know sometimes file uploading sites change their process, and this causes us not able to download the file with JDownloader, often for weeks or more.

Jdownloader however is great for still keeping track of what one has downloaded.
So, I've been doing this, I watch a lot of TV shows, and so Jdownloader helps me track what I've watched.
Anyway, when some sites don't work, I've been "disabling" the link so it can still be in the list but not active. This however isn't the best, cause it's harder to see, still shows as needing to download etc.

What would be great, is is there was an option in the right click menu that allowed us to set a link as "Finished". That way our download listing is formated properly and for better viewability, for the times we had to download some link another way, cause it wasn't working at the time, but still use Jdownloader to track our downloads....

Could this be added soon as a new feature?
Note that most standard download programs have this feature/ability.

Thanks much..... JD2 is looking great. Good job!

So you just want a rightclic mark as finished so progress bar gets filled?
or do you want it to work differently?

Ya, pretty much......
When you right click on on a download, there's all these options you can do to the download, it would be great to have an option that allows you to set the download as "Finished", so it looks like a completed download.

This way things can be a little more cleaner for those of us who use Jdownloader to also track our downloads, things we watch, etc. when we had to use "alt" ways to download a file, like for example if a hosts security download proceedures need updating and we thus can't use Jdownloader to download the file.

Would be great.

I've been disabling the download link as a workaround, but that's messy and a pain, disabling should be needed only for other situations, like if I'm holding off on downloading something, but need the links, etc.

Sounds great also..... Thanks much for adding this, will help alot.

Ya, I like have about 50 TV shows I track, so I make sure I don't miss episodes, knowing what I've already watched, etc. Once I put a new link, I delete the previous one, so I'm always up-to-date on where I'm at with a show.

Wouldn't have to do it this way if Moron TV people got with the program to provide their shows for those of us who are poor not having cable. I mean, I'm fine with watching their commercials.

Instead, they aren't even providing them on their network websites.
They make you "Connect to your Local Cable Provider" to watch a show..... I mean common.
What about us people who don't have cable? Don't you people want to make money on us watching the shows, and get credit from us also as a viewer?
Idiots. 50 shows..... That's a LOT of lost credit and revenue for them.
Hulu (and thus the TV people) are getting my business for some shows, but not most.

LOL..... I'm still dreaming of this ability.

Been 3 years now, and 2.0 has come and gone which was the estimated time to add the feature.

Will be supported with next core update. You can customize your rightclick context menu then and add new *MarkDownloadFinishedAction*
