Default Folder Watch Help

I can't seem to find much on the folder watch module, can somebody point me to a how to on it or something?

If no great resources, here is the problem. I'm creating a test.crawlijob file and following the format provided in the Extension module, but the links aren't being added.

Is the check interval in ms?

If I check the Debug option where do I find the logs of what's happening?

Any help would be great!

Thanks!
