Hi,

i need to setup shadowsocks, with jdownloader, i setup shadowsocks with my surfshark vpn, but in PAC, i didn't understand how to setup JD, with surfshark and shadowsocks.

Surfshark have only openvpn or shadowsocks, so need shadowsocks.

I hope that someone can help me.

note. for now i use proxycap, but nordvpn doesn't have any http proxy , and is impossibile to find out a server that works.
Proxycap support shadowsocks, but have a bug and cpu come up to 100%, so isn't possible use on it.

and i need to proxy only jd, not entire system.

I can try to add native Shadowsocks Support in JDownloader, so you can choose it as proxy type.

I will work on this but it might take some time. Trying to setup my own shadowsocks server so I don't have to use your logins
