Unhappy JD2 can not connect to the Internet while Installation Process

I nearly tried everything to make my JD2 run again but nothing worked. Please advise....
Out of the blue it stopped working for me.
I deinstalled and even turned off the firewall and i always getting the same message while installation process : Cannot connect to the internet.
I do not know how to fix it.

Which antivirus/firewall product(s) do you use?

its most likely the culprit

you don't need to port forward with JDownloader it connects outwards, and typically doesn't accept ports inwards (no peers). it shouldn't caused by your modem/router.

Ok so no antivirus/firewall software (like avira) on the computer your running JDownloader on. Very strange.

I suggest we do a teamviewer session. Contact us via support@jdownloader.org

Installer *your internet connection seems to have dropped out* -> firewall/av is killing because of the optional adware during installation.
You can try out the adware free installer from http://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2

In that case your firewall/av still blocks. I can take a look via Teamviewer if you want
