Default clipboard monitor interfering "Cut" action in Windows Explorer

Hello,
I'm reporting a possible bug.

It seems the Cut action is converted to Copy in Windows Explorer under Windows XP SP3.

The problem disappear if I disable Clipboard monitoring.
The problem appears after updating within these 2 days.

Regards,
3326

I noticed this also. Cut a file or directory in Windows Explorer, or another file browser, and the icon dims briefly, but undims immediately. The files in clipboard are copied to the correct destination, but not moved. Closing JD ends this behavior.
