I have a specific issue regarding my premium account. I've got more than 3TB of credit available but application shows (and probably calculate) only 3 digits. Due of this if my credit descents to let say 3001GB and I want to download file with a size of 2GB, it shows me that I have not enough credit available. I have to go to the web page of the provider, download this 2GB file directly and then Jdownloader shows that I have 999GB available again. Is it only me with this issue? Thanks.

which website are you trying to download from?
Please post a DEBUG-log showing the account-check/refresh activity of this filehost.

There is a status in the JDownloader app and at the site.


Edit: it's hard to repeat the situation because I have to download another terabyte of files, you know. But even in the screenshots, it is clear that the amount of credit is different (there are no digits for thousands of gigabytes).

Here is another attempt. Maybe there are some addons which block something? I guess not because I have disabled everything.

There is the important snippet:

...but here it is already working fine with my recent changes.
Account should be displayed in JD with "3445,56 GiB left".

I deleted and re-inserted the account and you're right, it works now. Maybe even refresh would be enough. I expected that the program refreshes all the accounts during the start so I didn't try to manually refresh the account. Anyway, thank you very much!
