I've noticed this for a long time now.

Let's say I have files from "sub1.domain.com" and "sub2.domain.com"
If I then search for "domain.com" as hoster, I get both in the results, but If I add anything before "domain.com" to the search string, even the period, I get no results.

Is this how it is intended to work? If it is... why?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or is it a bug?

@radorn: will be supported with next core update. please know that this only works for generic plugins (eg ftp, generic http downloads..)
