Default Cosmobox.org recharge waiting time

Hi,

Cosmobox has a working system that, with the basic subscription, gives 25 GB to spend for 3 days. After this period, the 25 GB is recharged again.

I have been able to observe that leaving jDownloader running, this application last time does not detect when the account has become available for download with 25 GB again.

I beg you to review it. Thanks in advance. I provide registry ID:

Hi,
I'm unable to find any cosmobox.org download attempts in your log.

Speaking about that limit:
Did your cosmobox.org account get a yellow "temporary disabled" status in JDownloaders account manager?

By default JDownloader checks accounts every 30 minutes so such traffic changes should be auto detected in max. 30 minutes.
The only thing I can think of here is to lower the check-interval for this specific website - what do you think?

No. Only shows for now 0bytes avalaible (blue premium status).

At the beginning of subscription, jDownloader resumed the downloads well, after 3 days.
Last time, the account had 19Gb available (which means that JD downloaded 6Gb, Cosmobox reloads little by little, not all at once), jDownloader was on "start", but it didn't start downloading 19 GB remaining automatically. I had to stop JD and restart again (stop/play symbols).

The only thing I can think of here is to lower the check-interval for this specific website - what do you think?

I´m going to try to see. I will inform you. Thanks again.

I didn't change anything yet.

What happens if you rightclick on the account in JDownloader account manager -> Refresh?
Does the remaining traffic shown in JDownloader change?
As explained accounts are checked every 30 minutes by default so the auto-check should also already "re-enable" the use of this account.

Sorry, I did not understand you correctly in the previous message (my english is poor), I thought it was a configuration option in JD.
Today it's time to download, I'm going to see how JD behaves and I'll tell you.

The problem is that until after 3 days, once the 25Gb of quota is used up (in 3 days), I will not see the remaining amount. In the meantime, it makes available 0B of the remaining 0B.

At the time the 3 days are up, little by little it is recharging and if I click with the right mouse button at this moment, I will see how the GB accumulates up to 25, that is, I will see 8, 12, 16 , 22...25GB.

As I said, this afternoon/tonight it's time to reload and download again. If I can put attemption (since JD download very quickly) I will do the pertinent tests and I will try to capture some screenshots. In any case, right now I have left JD started and it indicates that my Cosmobox account does not have GB available right now and that it is waiting. If you want, I can send you a new log when everything is finished.

I've changed the account-check interval forthis host to 5 minutes.
This should help in such cases.

Hi, good morning.

After 3 days it has happened again.

Note that I have 2 active accounts in Cosmobox (I forgot to say that it was not just one).

Yesterday I left JD active all day, with the button to start downloads pressed.

This morning when I got up and went to check the available GB for each account, it was showing 0b out of b remaining. I right-clicked on each of the accounts to update and had only downloaded 25GB of one. The other one was updated and there were just over 19Gb left.

I had to press the stop buttons and start the downloads successively, for it to actually start the downloads and use up the 19GB.

I don't know if it will be a communication problem with Cosmobox. But, the truth is, with the system that this hosting has, in addition to the fact that the amount of GB is small, if I don't download every 3 days, I am losing monthly global download capacity, if JD is not able to start immediately, detecting that the account has GB available.

I have uploaded a new log.

Also, I'm waiting for the JD CORE update, in case it could solve this problem. Thanks.

What was JD doing in the meantime?
Did it download in free download mode?
Please try this:
https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...-free-download
--> Create an account usage rule for cosmobox.org and disable free downloads.
See how JD behaves then.

I didn't look into this log as it is very big and I'm quite sure that JD fell back to free account downloading when all of your traffic was used up.

No, JD didn´t download in free mode, because i just had that rule you mentioned, from 2 years ago.

Not possible because of my rule: "An order distribution rule, with the 2 premium accounts and a random distribution rule with the free one disabled".
