I Copied windows jdownloader2 proxy configuration to synology nas.
Proxy bypass using docker-ctunnel seems to work successfully.(in myjdownloader)
There is some instability in terms of speed, but it doesn't seem to be a big problem to use.

You can copy/paste your connection configuration via Settings-Advanced Settings-InternetConnectionSettings.customproxylist and then copy/paste into Webinterface-Settings-Advanced Settings

For me this works very well. But ordinary NAS users in Korea seem very hard to use without tutorials.

many Korean MAC/linux users use SadeghHayeri/GreenTunnel to bypass it.

I also used docker-greentunnel and replaced it with ctunnel for security reasons. greentunnel works fine.
Some Windows users use github-greentunnel instead of goodbyedpi //due to online games
