Hi,

According to your log, this happened:
Code:
<div class="overflow" style="width:auto;"> <table id="error_message" width="100%" cellpadding=8 cellspacing=0 style="margin:5px auto;"> <tr><td name="msg_title" style="background:#D3D3D3;font:bold 13px Verdana;padding:3px; border-radius: 5px 5px 0 0">Error</td></tr> <tr><td align=center name="contents" style="background:#E9E9E9; border-radius: 0 0 5px 5px; border-spacing: 0;"> <font style="color:#d33;">Your IP was banned by administrator</font> <font class="ok"></font> If you're using a proxy in JD, make sure to use the same in your browser to make sure to test with the same parameters that JD has. -psp-

You're right sorry.
I changed my IP, removed and added again the backin account. I now come back to the initial issue: Quote:

Please post a DEBUG log (see linked instructions) otherwise I'm not able to see the full login process.

Hm I'm still unable to see what's happening.
Please make sure that the debug setting is active, restart JD, try to add your account and upload another log. Your issue could be caused by Cloudflare - at least backin.net used to have strict Cloudflare settings active. ... but it is working fine here. -psp-

Probably I got it: I'm using email instead of username to login to backin.
Setting username in the jdownloader account box works now. Sorry |
