I am trying to download a file after another (all those are uptobox links) using a free uptobox account without the need of my attention. I have to restart (or re-enable/re-unskip) the 2nd(+) one after 30 minutes because JDownloader ignores the countdown: It just return something like "bandwidth exceed".

I've attached a new log. I hope it could help. The log is 3.85MB so the only way I found to make it able to be attached is using WinRAR to compress.

Okay then the solution is easy:
Add an account usage rule for uptobox.com and force JD to only allow free account downloads.
